They were hasty and rude but I believe they were probably just tired of the backlash they received from the patrons stuck hungry and watching everyone else just sail on through the amusement park sized line. I took away 1 star for the line fiasco and 1 for the staff.
Top that with hunger and we have 1 cranky customer. Soboba Casino Resort brings the past and present together in the 474,000 square-foot property. Situated on over 200 acres, the resort features a first-class casino, a hotel and PGA-rated golf course. I overhead a couple in line saying that this is the normal wait time and protocol? Well, I have a difficult time standing for 2 hours because I have dizziness issues. Soboba Casino Resort offers spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains and is located just outside the cities of San Jacinto and Hemet, CA. Our seating was a tiny two-top that was right in the view of the poor starving folks still in line.
but it was unbelievable how they disregarded the 'regular people' line? The food and Lobster were wonderful. Fairway Café at Soboba Casino Resort serves guests an all-day menu including sweet & savory breakfast items to lunch & dinner apps, sandwiches, entrees & more. We went on a Lobster night and obviously the peak dinner hour, and waited in line for close to 2 hours! Reason being (other than it's Lobster we are talking here) is that the Players Club, disabled and elderly have their own line. Also, the billboard signs make it inviting as well. Had to go and try the buffet because of many great reviews.
